What is Fast and Fresh?

Fast and Fresh is a grocery delivery service in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. We are specialized in farm produce, in Fruits and Vegetables. We get farm produce straight from farmers, and deliver to our customers. We always take a preference, to quality local products.

How fast do you deliver?

All our orders, are delivered the next day, unless specified. If no specification provided, the default time is next day.

Which areas do you serve?

Currently We deliver at offices and Residence around: Mikocheni, Msasani, Upanga, Kariakoo, Kijitonyama, Oysterbay and Masaki, but we are hoping to expand our services soon.

What if an item I want is not available on your site?

If an item is not in our list, please just submit a special request by writing an email to us, using fast@fastandfresh.co.tz. When an item is requested often, we will make an effort to add it to our list.
